Cem TOKER, Experienced Engineer, PhD Candidate

Since starting my career as a sales representative in 2009, I have gained extensive expertise across multiple disciplines, including sales, production planning, enterprise resource planning, software development, cybersecurity, nuclear facility licensing, nuclear plant design, architectural engineering, thermo-hydraulic design, neutronic design, and radioactive shielding. Additionally, I have experience in project management, nuclear facility decommissioning, radioactive classification, and radioactive waste management, as well as engineering cost estimation, long-term investment analysis, CAPEX-OPEX evaluation, and Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) assessment. However by engaging in nuclear advisory services (both Russian and other international NPP Projects), organizations can enhance their capabilities to meet the demanding standards of the nuclear industry, thereby positioning themselves as reliable partners in this critical sector.

My professional experience includes 10 years in sales and business development, 3 years in project management, and 6 years in national and international nuclear engineering roles.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Energy Engineering from Hacettepe University in 2017, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field from the same institution in 2020. Additionally, I hold Master’s degrees in Physics Engineering and Nuclear Engineering from Université Paris-Saclay, one of the world's top-ranked universities. Currently, I am pursuing an PhD at Hacettepe University.
